Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

By accessing and transacting on our Website or App, you agree to the terms of this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Applicability of Policy

  • This policy applies to all purchases and bookings made on the Website or App.
  • By using our platform, you accept this policy in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. Please check this page regularly for updates.

2. Return Policy

We strive to deliver your products as per the order. However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Scenarios:

  • You received an incomplete, expired, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • Prescription changes by your doctor.
  • In case of the death of the patient.

Please contact us at care@totalcarepharmacy.store within 7 days of delivery with supporting details. Claims after 7 days will not be entertained.

Non-returnable Products:

  • Injections
  • Health Monitoring Devices & Equipment
  • Ortho Support
  • Products marked as “This item cannot be returned or exchanged”

It is the user’s responsibility to verify if a product is returnable before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

We issue refunds as per the following criteria:

Full Refund is Applicable If:

  • You received a defective or expired product.
  • Your item was lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Notes:

  • Returns due to user error may incur a Restocking Fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Mode of Refund:

  • Online Payments: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Wallet Refunds: Processed within 24 hours.
  • COD Orders: Email or call us to initiate a refund. You may choose wallet credit or bank transfer (bank details required).
  • On account deactivation, remaining wallet balance will be transferred to your bank account.

4. Cancellation Policy

Product Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once canceled, the order will be voided immediately, and any payment will be refunded as per refund terms.

Service Cancellation (Doctor Appointments):

  • We only facilitate appointments with registered medical practitioners.
  • No refund will be issued once an appointment is confirmed unless:
    • The doctor becomes unavailable, or
    • An alternate doctor cannot be arranged.
  • Refund decisions in such cases are at our sole discretion.
