Total Care Pharmacy, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at Total Care Pharmacy, Opp. Govt School, Lakarwas, Udaipur, Rajasthan (“Total Care Pharmacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), manages and operates www.totalcarepharmacy.store and its corresponding mobile application under the brand name Total Care Pharmacy (collectively referred to as the “Website”). Users of the Website (“User” or “Users” or “you”) can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services listed/available on the Website offered by us.

What is the Fees and Payments Policy?

This Fees and Payments Policy (“FPP Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, describes Total Care Pharmacy’s accepted payment methods and our policies and procedures regarding fees and payments for the services offered through the Website. Our primary objective is to ensure the Website is user-friendly and equipped with the necessary security infrastructure to protect any financial information shared by Users.

By using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Fees and Payment Options

  • We do not charge any fee for browsing the Website.
  • We may charge for premium features in the future without prior notice. Continued usage implies acceptance.
  • We currently offer multiple payment options, including:
    • Net banking
    • Select credit cards
    • Select debit cards
    • Total Care Wallet
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Prepaid payment instruments and e-wallets
    • Any other method introduced in future
  • Currently, international debit/credit cards are not accepted.
  • Acceptance of payment is at our sole discretion. Identity verification (e.g., PAN card) may be required.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete financial information. Total Care Pharmacy is not liable for unauthorized use.

We are not responsible for payment failures due to:

  • Lack of authorization
  • Exceeded card limits
  • Technical glitches
  • Bank/payment gateway issues beyond our control

We may impose transaction limits and reject transactions deemed suspicious.

Taxes and Price Errors

  • All listed product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You are responsible for VAT, GST, CST, duties, and other applicable levies.

In case of pricing discrepancies:

  • If the MRP is lower than the listed price, we’ll refund the difference (upon request within 2 days of delivery).
  • If the MRP is higher, dispatch may be delayed until the issue is resolved. You may pay the difference or cancel and request a refund.

Refunds and Wallet

  • For refunds, email care@totalcarepharmacy.store with your bank details.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via net banking or credited to your Total Care Wallet.
  • Refunds may also be credited to the Total Care Wallet for cancelled orders.
  • Unused wallet balances will be forfeited upon account deactivation.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you detect an unauthorized transaction, report it within 2 days for us to investigate. For any invalidated payments, we may deduct the amount from your Wallet or issue a recovery notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is allowed for orders up to INR 10,000.
  • We may restrict COD in certain locations or for certain products.
