1.1 Total Care Pharmacy, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at GROUND FLOOR BUS STAND ROAD, OPP. GOVERNMENT SCHOOL, LAKARWAS, UDAIPUR-313001 (RAJASTHAN) (“Total Care Pharmacy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), manages and operates an online marketplace at www.totalcarepharmacy.store and a mobile application under the brand name Total Care Pharmacy (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out our policies and procedures for delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Platform.
1.3 We provide delivery of our Products across India via trusted logistics service providers to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
1.4 By using the Platform and/or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or transact on the Platform.
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We partner with third-party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ship and deliver Products.
- Dispatch is typically within 24 hours of order placement, and estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout and notified via email/SMS.
- Shipping may be restricted to select serviceable pin codes. You can check delivery availability by entering your area pin code on the Platform.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in failed deliveries.
- Up to three delivery attempts may be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and shipping charges deducted from applicable refunds.
- Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
- While we monitor delivery conduct, we are not responsible for behavior of individual delivery agents.
- Tracking details will be provided once an order is shipped for easy monitoring.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a defective, incorrect, or damaged product is delivered due to our error.
- Returns and refunds are subject to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
